Sunshine Coast Riding for the Disabled (RDA) Inc. is a not-for-profit organisation providing equine-based therapeutic and recreational riding and driving programs for all members of the disability community on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland.

Our program days are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. We are closed Sunday and Monday. We are aligned with the State School system, so are operational during school terms and on holidays when the schools are on holidays.

COVID-19 Update 14th July 2020

We're back up an running as of TODAY!!!
We re-commenced our sessions today with our Covid Safe plan in action.
If you are anticipating re-joining the programs for Term 3, you need to let us know so invoicing can be initiated.

SCRDA can again offer our OUTDOOR ARENA and our UNDERCOVER ARENA for HIRE. Up to 10 horses in the undercover arena at one time or 5 horses in the outdoor arena at one time.

Gatherings of up to 20 people for outdoor, non contact activities are permitted, whilst complying with physical distancing and hygiene requirements.

The new 2020 Membership form is available for you to print off and return to us with your Membership fee of $45.
If paying by EFT please make sure you reference your payment with your name or Invoice number.

Special General Meeting - 5th August 2020

A very short Special General Meeting to make a further change to the Constitution will be held on Wednesday 5th August at 11.15 am.
The Special Resolution will be a further change relating to the last change to the Constitution from the recent AGM.
You should have received your Notice of the SGM and the Special Resolution via email.
All financial members welcome to vote and if you are unable to attend, a proxy form is available.

Annual General Meeting was Friday 26th June 2020

Thank you to all who attended the re-scheduled Annual General Meeting on Friday 26th June.
It was wonderful to see such a good attendance and even better that everyone complied with social distancing.
The Minutes of the AGM will be available to all members at the Centre reception desk in the coming week.

New Volunteer Training for 2020

New Volunteer Orientation & Induction as well as some basic training is to recommence on Wed 1st July at 1 pm. Wear closed in footwear, sun smart clothing and a smile!
No need to book in, just come along and we will plan for appropriate numbers and social distancing based on attendance numbers.
